Producer – Entertainment & Media
We are looking for a Producer for the Entertainment & Media division, who will be responsible for the operational management of branded projects, working in close collaboration with Project Managers and Brand Solution Specialists.
Main Responsibilities:
- End-to-end operational management of activations, events, and digital productions, coordinating activities, resources, and suppliers
- Translating creative briefs into actionable work plans, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
- Daily collaboration with internal teams to ensure an efficient workflow aligned with brand objectives
- Overseeing production and post-production phases, with a strong focus on the quality of the final output
- Proactively solving operational issues with a hands-on and solution-oriented approach
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in similar roles within the media, communication, or entertainment industry (agencies, production companies, broadcasters, brands)
- Excellent organizational skills, multitasking ability, and attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of production processes (audiovisual, digital, events)
- Outstanding communication skills and a strong team player attitude
- Familiarity with operational tools (e.g., Excel, Gantt charts, project management platforms) and good command of English
