ADV Marketing Transit Specialist

To strengthen the Street Furniture & Transit team, we are looking for a Marketing Transit Specialist. The selected candidate will be mainly responsible for:

  • Creating and optimizing Transit networks and offerings based on target, audience, and advertising objectives
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure effective integration of transit offerings with other assets
  • Developing go-to-market strategies and sales kits, while providing product training
  • Supporting the dedicated sales force
  • Crafting persuasive narratives that highlight the unique benefits of our assets
  • Producing marketing materials that clearly communicate the value of our brand and products
  • Defining positioning strategies to differentiate our offerings in the market
  • Developing launch plans and promotional activities to drive growth and profitability
  • Using and analyzing data, including audience data and market research, to optimize asset positioning and effectiveness
  • Designing initiatives to boost sales and asset occupancy
  • Optimizing inventory usage in high-demand areas or timeframes
  • Identifying and leveraging key moments to maximize ad effectiveness
  • Evaluating the commercial potential of new asset development opportunities
  • Collaborating with the acquisition team to assess the profitability of new assets and provide marketing input in new Transit asset tenders
  • Maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, staying updated on industry trends, and attending industry events to represent the company
  • Cooperating with the creative team to develop engaging marketing materials that showcase the value of transit assets

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Communication, or related fields
  • At least 2 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the digital media or DOOH (Digital Out-of-Home) sector
  • Experience analyzing market data, audience behavior, and product performance to inform marketing and pricing strategies
  • Ability to work effectively with technical and sales teams to support product integration and positioning
  • Experience in creating marketing materials and sales kits, along with the ability to develop compelling value propositions and storytelling
  • Ability to monitor and evaluate product performance and suggest solutions to optimize ROI and profitability
  • Good knowledge of the English language
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to work in a team within a dynamic environment
