Urban Vision Group introduces a new platform that brings real-time multiplayer gaming to the world of Digital Out of Home, opening up an unprecedented form of interaction between public space, technology and entertainment. The debut took place on 18 December on the Maxi Urban Led in the Navigli district of Milan, where, during the holiday season, a special activation transformed passers-by and onlookers into gamers at the heart of a shared challenge.

By scanning a QR code, participants could enter the game using their smartphone as a joystick, connecting in real time to a fast-paced race in which they had to avoid falling obstacles and festive decorations. At the end of each session, a final leaderboard and podium revealed the winners, turning the maxi-led screen into a space for collective competition and participation.

Developed in collaboration with Dinobros and featuring an intentionally retro, 1980s pixel-art aesthetic created by pixel artist Manolo Saviantoni (aka The_Olukcon), the game hosts up to eight players per session and runs without interruptions, ensuring a continuous and immersive experience. With this project, Urban Vision Group expands the potential of Digital Out of Home, demonstrating how digital screens can host real-time interactive content and enable new forms of engagement, offering brands innovative high-impact opportunities that blend advertising, gaming and entertainment.
