During the “Cities of the Future 2030–2050” conference, held at MAXXI and promoted by ANCE under the direction of Francesco Rutelli, Urban Vision Group unveiled the new TIM Digital Cabins, an innovative infrastructure that redefines the concept of urban space.

The project was introduced by Gianluca De Marchi, CEO of Urban Vision Group, in a conversation with Costanza Calabrese during the session dedicated to urban innovation and regeneration. Designed to integrate technology, digital services and security, the new digital cabins become true smart hubs serving the community—tools that listen, assist and connect people.

With over 2,500 installations across 14 Italian cities, the cabins will provide immediate access to key public services, promote cultural content, and enhance safety through video surveillance and instant S.O.S. systems. Fully inclusive, they are designed to adapt to users with physical or linguistic barriers, reflecting Urban Vision Group’s commitment to making cities more accessible, sustainable and human-centered.

Through this project, Urban Vision Group takes another step forward in its mission to help transform cities into Smart Cities—places where innovation enhances daily life and creates shared value for the entire community.
