In order to strengthen the Marketing team, we are looking for a Brand Solution Specialist.
The role will be responsible for:
- End-to-end management of brand marketing projects, from ideation to execution and performance evaluation, ensuring strategic and operational consistency.
- Analyzing market trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities for developing and optimizing branding and positioning strategies.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product, external agencies) to develop sponsorship offerings, strategic partnerships, and promotional activations in the entertainment sector.
- Coordinating promotional activities, events, and communication materials, ensuring a high-quality customer experience and the achievement of business objectives.
- Monitoring and analyzing campaign performance through KPIs and digital analytics tools, proposing innovative solutions and strategic optimizations.
- Contributing to the evolution of processes, tools, and workflows in a transforming organizational environment, optimizing marketing strategies.
Requirements:
- At least 3–4 years of experience in similar roles within the media, entertainment, or communication sectors, with a background in brand marketing and positioning strategies.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to autonomously manage multiple projects simultaneously and resolve operational issues.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to adapt to change and contribute to process evolution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders (marketing and sales teams, creative agencies, commercial partners).
- Analytical skills to interpret market trends and campaign performance KPIs, using digital marketing and data analysis tools.
- Experience in managing sponsorships, strategic partnerships, and promotional events, preferably in the entertainment sector.
- Creativity and strategic thinking, with the ability to develop and implement innovative initiatives that strengthen brand identity.
- Good knowledge of tools such as Excel, Word, and Canva for visual material creation and data analysis, as well as a good command of the English language for managing projects in international contexts.
- Experience in managing branding and marketing projects in the entertainment sector is valued, regardless of whether it comes from a brand, an agency, or other environments.
